Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer two shipping options to meet your needs:

  • Standard Shipping (£12.95): Shipped via DHL or FedEx with delivery in 10-15 business days after dispatch
  • Free Shipping: Available for orders over £50, shipped via EMS with delivery in 15-25 business days after dispatch

Note: We ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote areas. Delivery times may vary depending on customs processing in your country.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Vision Sport Shop purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward returns process.

Eligibility for Returns

You may return most items within 15 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange. To qualify:

  • Items must be unused and in original condition
  • All original packaging, tags, and protective covers must be intact
  • Proof of purchase must be provided

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Prescription lenses (unless defective)
  • Items marked as “final sale”

International Returns

For customers outside the UK:

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
  • Customs fees for returns are non-refundable
  • Mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional customs charges
